All website prices are duty-paid and VAT-inclusive, but exclude delivery.
All prices are subject to confirmation of order.
All wines are subject to remaining unsold and confirmation.

Any claim for loss or damage must be made within 3 days of receipt of goods.
We cannot specify the time at which goods will be delivered by our courier. For the avoidance of doubt, time shall not be of the essence for delivery of the goods.
Our courier will attempt to deliver the goods three times, after which the intended recipient will be responsible for making arrangements with the courier for delivery of the goods. The courier will return your order to us, usually within 7 days following the failed third attempt, if it has not been collected or a suitable redelivery agreed with the courier. If the order needs to be dispatched again, such dispatch shall be at your sole cost and expense.
Title & Risk
Title in all goods remains with Street Wines Ltd until paid for in full. Risk of the goods will pass to you upon delivery.
All our wines are checked to ensure that provenance and condition is as it reasonably should be. We cannot be held responsible for any wine found to be out of condition.
We will not sell or deliver alcohol to anyone who is, or appears to be, under the age of 18. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and we reserve the right not to deliver if we are unsure of this.
You may cancel your order at any time until seven working days after delivery. Should you decide to cancel, all charges to you will be refunded as soon as possible, within 30 days at the latest. The goods must be returned to us at your cost and in merchantable condition.

Information we collect and how we use it
We collect information from you when you register as a website user, and when you purchase goods from us. The details that we request will be used to process your orders and to provide you with the best possible service by keeping you informed about the products and services we offer. The information that we collect about you will include your name, your address, your telephone number and your email address. We will only use the information lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. You are able to opt out of our mailing list at any time using the unsubscribe link in the footer of any email that we send you. We do not collect or store any credit/debit card information on our systems. We do not share your personal details with any 3rd party or external organisation unless for the purposes of crime prevention and fraud investigation.
When placing an order, your personal and payment details are captured on-line using a secure server. Any data you give us is encrypted using industry-standard "Secure Socket Layer" (SSL) technology which encrypts all information to make it secure. When using a secure connection, a small padlock will be displayed in the address bar of your browser. Our payment processing system is fully compliant with PCI DSS standards. We take fraud prevention very seriously and when processing your order, we will require you to enter the card's security number for each order placed. We do not store card details for re-use.
