Organic.

A medium-bodied Pinot Noir with remarkable floral, cherry and raspberry aromas. In the mouth, bright fruit flavors with a wonderful texture and extraordinary acidity. Smooth and balanced with a long, silky and velvety finish

“the estate, run by Sofia Araya, oenologist, and José Aguirre, winemaker, is located in the eastern part of the Casablanca valley. this region of wild beauty benefits from the influence of the pacific ocean and the humboldt current. the latter acts as a thermal regulator and provides ideal conditions for the cultivation of grape varieties that thrive in cooler regions. organic viticulture (the estate has been certified organic since 2017) and winemaking are carried out on the principle of minimal intervention. the grapes are harvested in the morning at dawn in small crates and undergo a double sorting. part of the vinification is done with whole grapes and indigenous yeasts in small containers. the vineyards are nestled in the middle of 2500 hectares of wild flora, respecting the biodiversity of the valley. obviously, the 2017 ritual pinot noir feels ripe, the product of a warm and dry year. it is quite expressive and open, quite varietal and clean, with red fruit and floral aromas and a serious mouthfeel with very fine and chalky tannins. the oak is very integrated, and the wine feels harmonious and has good freshness.”
