I was so impressed with this wine, that a visit to the winery was arranged to learn more.  Intense juicy notes of fruit on the nose, ripe green apple, elegant spiciness, fine hints of stone fruit, some notes of rock salt and elderflower. Wonderfully crisp, dense and elegant on the mouth-watering palate, rich in finesse, ripe stone fruit, and pleasant undertone of herbal spiciness.
