Tasted at the Crypt on the green tasting in London and was impressed with this small family owned producer.  Intense juicy notes of fruit on the nose, ripe green apple, elegant spiciness, fine hints of stone fruit, some notes of rock salt and elderflower. Wonderfully crisp, dense and elegant on the mouth-watering palate, rich in finesse, ripe stone fruit, pleasant undertone of herbal spiciness.
