A blend from several steep parcels planted in decomposed granite and quartz soil. Smokey & spicey dark berries and liquorice on the lively nose. Subtly sweet blackberry and cherry flavours showing energy with a floral and gently tannic finish. Made with 80% whole cluster and aged for 15 months in two to four-year-old barrels.

Shimmering ruby. Expressive, spice-accented blackberry, potpourri, cola and baking spice scents, along with a minerally top note that builds with aeration. Fleshy black and blue fruit, floral pastille and spicecake flavours are supported by a core of juicy acidity. Gains weight on a very long, sappy finish that strongly echoes the dark berry and floral qualities. 60% whole clusters, 40% new oak. — Josh Raynolds
