The Vinecol estate is located in La Paz at the eastern end of Mendoza. The 60 hectares of the estate adjoins the UNESCO protected biosphere at Nacunan. They have been organic since their debut in 2000, focussed on producing clean wines with great drinkability and pure fruit, with great labels to boot.
This is easy to like & a popular wine at tastings. The bouquet is seductively floral with a sweet rose petal nose. The palate is chewy with tobacco and liquorice notes with a firm splash of cassis flavour into the mix. It finishes off with very nice balancing acidity.
