Dona Paula use only estate grown grapes, cultivated at high altitudes where the cooler temperatures allow the grapes to ripen slowly, developing complex and intense flavours. Unique is an, un-oaked, organic Malbec, bright with red fruit, cherry and plum, and a backbone of chocolate, coffee, olives and spice.
Food Match. Is perfect paired with roasted pork and dark meat chicken or turkey. Also works well with creamy mushroom sauces and cheese, especially blue cheese.

This is Doña Paula’s first organic wine and comes from vineyards planted in the San Rafael zone in southern Mendoza. It has the sweetness and ripeness of the wines from that area—sunny wines that show black and red fruit that underscore the sweetness. A very nice malbec.
