Sébastien is an innovative and talented young winemaker from a long line of growers. Based in Milly, his vineyards are mainly on the west side of the valley giving very energetic and mineral wines. His quality shines through in this cuvée and he is now regarded as one of the top producers of the region. Fifty per cent of the vineyards are 1er Crus. A clear superstar of the future, his wines are some of the purest expressions of Chablis you can find anywhere.
