Handpicked grapes, cooled overnight. 10% whole bunches. Grapes were cold soaked and partially natural fermented while minimal extraction was done. Maturing separately in older oak barrels.

Winemaker Marras Lamprecht has produced a superb blend here, using 10% of whole bunches. Showing complex aromatic nuances of rose petals, violets and sappy grilled herbs, the palate is supple and fleshy yet also displays a weightless concentration of red berry fruit, plum spice and savoury woodsmoke.
