This Chardonnay is organic and made in the Mâcon area of Burgundy. It is matured on fine lees in tanks for 8 months, resulting in a beautifully balanced wine with aromas of citrus, green apple, and white flowers. The palate has great tension and a harmonious finish.

From a 3.8 hectare plot facing south, south-east averaging 30 years old, spread over 8 parcels of Jurassic limestone and clay soils.
