Beronia Selección 198 Barrels comes from old vineyards over 60 years old. Planted in soils of sand, sediment and clay, little alkaline and poor, they enjoy a continental microclimate protected against the winds of the Ebro valley. Traditional and environmentally friendly agriculture is practiced and the harvest is carried out at the optimum moment of ripeness.

The Tempranillo, Graciano and Mazuelo grapes undergo cold pre-fermentative maceration for several days, before beginning alcoholic fermentation at a temperature below 26ºC with periodic pump-overs. Subsequently, the aging in French oak barrels begins, which will reach 24 months, to which we will add another 24 months of aging in the bottle.
