This dry unoaked Languedoc Rosé is a delightful expression of fresh red summer fruits, which immediately transport you to the South of France. The wine is made protectively with fermentation taking place in steel to preserve the fresh aromas and flavours of Cinsault and Carignan. The result is a rosé with a soft pink colour with an intense bouquet of wild strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry along with lovely floral notes of lilac, violet and primrose. Fruity and fresh on the palate with accompanied by notes of garrigue, mint and pepper. A perfect summer wine, easy-drinking and very fresh.
