The fruit from our clay bound Somerset vineyard consistently produces a Sauvignon Blanc that is a true expression of the vineyard and terroir and creates a wine that is an intensely varietal, high impact style. Full-bodied, it has fresh, penetrating, tropical fruit flavours, good acid spine, just a hint of bottle-aged toastiness, and a crisp, dry, lasting finish. This wine with careful cellaring will develop further depth and complexity.
