Settemo Pizzolato is the latest of 5 generations of Pizzolati to make wine here. The estate has been organic since 1991 but it was 10 years ago that it took a quantum leap upwards in quality. The Hero wines have funky labels but don’t let that distract you from the fantastic wines. Fresh and approachable on the palate with good acidity and juicy upfront berry flavours.
