This is a more serious wine than you might think, a rose worth drinking.

I was lucky enough to share this with Núria & Raf at their winery and also in a local restaurant in a nearby town. Served with the most perfect seared tuna steak I have ever tried. Jaw droppingly good with the perfect amount of acidity to compliment the mouth watering tuna.

Herència Altés rosé from Spain’s wild Terra Alta region has a bright salmon pink colour and a delicate floral bouquet. Old Garnacha vines give this classic an extra layer on the palate. Delicate strawberry and raspberry flavours combine with lovely wild herb notes, a great combination with dried meats and local cheeses.
