Heartland Wines is a joint venture from industry veterans and lifelong mates Ben Glaetzer (of Glaetzer Wines fame) and Nick Keukenmeester in Langhorne Creek, South Australia. From its inception in 1999, Heartland’s ethos has been to create wines of balance, texture and a distinctive Australian identity, with a focus on Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz.
Cabernet Sauvignon & Shiraz give this wine a rich, savoury character and good structure. Really well made and represents good value.

A great value red blend under $15 made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Shiraz with a smattering for Dolcetto. Full-bodied and smooth with dark berry, plum compote, smoky and savoury finishing with toasty oak spice on the palate. Pour with a slow-braised, smoky brisket dish.
