This 70 hectare estate is nestled in the picturesque foothills of the Dentelles Montmirail. The average vine age here is 35 years and the domaine was certified organic in 2009. Their altitude and the shade provided by surrounding mountains work to produce grapes with fresh vibrant acidity despite the heat. Domaine Fond Croze is a little known gem but the wines are so good that this may change very soon.

Showing pure dark colour with purple highlights.  Aromas of spicebox and sandal wood with black olive notes. Blackberry flavours come through on the palate with some acidity.  Soft and silky taninns give a tasty finish.
