There’s a very good following for the wines made by Dominique Morel. They are vibrant, fruit-driven wines with good colour and succulent mouthfeel. Extremely well made, the wines are well balanced and have a surprising amount of depth for Beaujolais. The Beaujolais Villages is ripe and fruity, with raspberry and strawberry flavours and hints of white pepper.
We often find that this out-performs the top village Beaujolais, it’s money well spent.
