Inviting aromas of red berries and spice. The palate abundant in plum, blackberries and hints of dark chocolate oak. Generous and silky.
Harvested when the fruit is showing fresh berry flavours, ripe tannins and structure, then fermented on skins days at 20-24ºC to maximise the flavour development with a combination of American and French oak for 5-6 days.
