Flowers, cooked apples and a hint of spiced pears on the nose. Full-bodied with density, richness and a long and flavorful finish. Creamy textured and spicy. Based on 2016. 60% chardonnay, 20% pinot noir and 20% pinot meunier. 10 years on the lees. 7 g/L dosage Drink or hold.
