Sébastien is an innovative and talented young winemaker from a long line of growers. Based in Milly, his vineyards are mainly on the west side of the valley giving very energetic and mineral wines. His quality shines through all his cuvées and he is now regarded as one of the top producers of the region. Fifty per cent of the vineyards are 1er Crus. All wines are fermented in stainless steel to preserve a classic, steely character apart from Les Beugnons – for the fruit of this vineyard, Sébastien utilises a concrete egg. A clear superstar of the future, his wines are some of the purest expressions of Chablis you can find anywhere.

Critic Reviews:

(from vines in Milly). A classic Chablis nose features notes of sea breeze, shellfish and algae that add interest to the intensely citrusy nose. There is good if not special volume to the vibrant and attractively textured flavors that brim with minerality on the clean and agreeably dry but not really austere finale. This is worth checking out.
