This is drinking perfectly and one of the stars of this family’s portfolio. From their vineyards surrounding the Tuscan hilltop village of Montepulciano.

A dark concentrated wine with scents of plum with delicate cherry and strawberry. Pungent sensations and notes of leather and tobacco. On the palate the tannins are soft but firm with a great deal of complexity. Persistent with a long satisfyingly smooth finish.
