Street Wines View:

75cl bottle.

Produced with Sangiovese grapes, Brunello di Montalcino DOCG is the result of the oenological expression of a territory with a long winemaking tradition. The wine goes through a long period of maceration where color and aromas are extracted from the skins. After fermentation, the wine is then aged in oak containers for a minimum period of 24 months followed by at least 4 months of aging in the bottle.
Brunello can be released for consumption starting from 1 January of the year following the five years calculated from the year of harvest.
colour
Brilliant ruby red and intense tending to garnet perfume
Intense and characteristic, ethereal and complex, fruity and with well-integrated notes of wood, with balsamic hints
taste
Full-bodied, sumptuous and well-structured with a long finish.
FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal to accompany beef, pork but also cheeses such as Tuscan pecorino, parmesan and spicy gorgonzola. It is also excellent with meat dishes of international cuisine, with sauces based on mushrooms and truffles, and with furred game and birds. Brunello is also suitable as a meditation wine, especially if well preserved and at the peak of its qualitative evolution.
