Beronia is a family run producer from the Basque part of Spain who have the accolade of being the most sustainable winery in Europe. Beyond all the fruit leaking from the glass (strawberries, cranberry and blackberries) there are sweet spices, clove, marzipan, vanilla and black pepper, all with a long lasting finish.
