Kevin Grant matches cooperage with parcels. It has an earthy bouquet, very well defined with dark cherries, cranberry and a subtle iron-like content. The palate is medium-bodied with crisp acidity, edgy tannin, cranberry and raspberry fruit with a touch of spice, developing bay leaf and tea leaf scents on the finish.
