Classic Loire Valley Sauvignon. Fresh zingy and aromatic, with depth and minerality that could easily be mistaken for a good Sancerre.

Owned by the Deniau family, Domaine des Vaublins has been a family winery for several generations. Since 2020 the Domaine is in the hands of the current generation Nicolas and Alexandrine, and together with Cedric Allion they are making some excellent wines under his watchful eye.

Their 16 hectares of vines are located on the clay and limestone hillsides on the banks of the river Cher.

Their Touraine Sauvignon is bright and lively with grapefruit and lime on the palate and a lingering minerality. Dinstinctly Touraine!
