Ventisquero are family owned, with 100% estate vineyards and one of the founding wineries to push the sustainability movement in Chile. With award winning Chief winemaker Felipe Tosso at the helm and world recognised winemaker John Duval, they continue to take Ventisquero ‘a step beyond’.
John Duval is a likable and unassuming man and happens to be one of the most famous winemakers in the world. He was previously responsible for making Penfolds wines for 29 years -including Penfolds Grange -perhaps one of the most famous wines in the world.

It’s hard to imagine that this wine costs under £10 and tastes so good. Pale green in colour with an intense nose which displays a blend of citrus and tropical fruit aromas such as lime, grapefruit, pineapple and pear. It’s a medium bodied wine with a vibrant acidity that retains the freshness and characteristic of the variety. Notes of citrus fruit are also present on the palate.
