A skilfully crafted delicious Pinot Blanc from the Pfalz region. This producer is certified 100 % organic and the natural winemaking style of the wine is evident within the juice which is very liniar and precise as a result. The vineyards lie at the foothills of the Vosges mountains on limestone and schist soils.

Crisp and refreshing with notes of pear drop boiled sweets, ripe pear and alpine flowers. There are mineral elements picked up from the soil and a citrus edge to the finish.
