Wineanorak.com Since 1969 this 8 hectare property has been in the hands of Klaus and Christa Jüngling. These vineyards are well situated on steep hillside sites across a range of sites in the Mosel. Paulinshof are the sole owners of the Brauneberger Kammer vineyard. They make both sweet and dry wines, specialising in the latter—80% of their wines are made in a trocken style. These are unusually concentrated savoury, dry wines with lots of flavour. I like them a good deal. The sweeter styles are also very impressive.
