The Fernández familys objective was always to make accessible, easy to drink biodynamic wines and what they have achieved in 10 years is nothing short of remarkable.

This spicy clean Viognier shows typical citrus fruit and floral aromas which made it immensely popular with our customers when first released. In the mid 60s only 8 hectares of Viognier were cultivated (in the Rhône Valley) but it’s now a rising star worldwide. This biodynamically produced example is characteristically light, soft and aromatic with delicate stone fruit flavours and gentle acidity. Great with spicy dishes and Asian food.
