The story of Roc d’Opale started in 2005, when two friends, passionate about the wines of the Languedoc, decided to join forces and create wines that would be true expressions of the region. This captures the spirit of Languedoc. Grapes are harvested at night to retain the utmost freshness. The white is made predominantly of Grenache Blanc and Sauvignon with a touch of Chardonnay; it has lots of fruit on the nose, with grapefruit and hints of spice.
