The origin of this wine is an ancient sub-tropical sea. Its present-day fertile soils and warm
climate ensure healthy and ripe grapes. The combination between the good water retention and warming properties of this special Löss soil encourages aroma development and gives very elegant wines. The result is this intense Pinot Noir providing a harmonious balance of forest fruit flavours and mineral notes with a subtle herbal spiciness and hints of mocha on the palate.
