Jean-Yves and Pierre-André Ournac, two brothers run Domaine Coudoulet in the Languedoc Roussillon region. They are the sixth generation to take over the reins.

Ripe pear, greengage and generous apple with a mere hint of gorgeous spice & lemon acidity on the palate. Good accompaniment with spiced chicken dishes or salmon.
