Domaine de Guillemarine has been in the same family for generations and has recently undergone extensive renovation with an increasing emphasis on lutte raisonnée farming practises. Picpoul de Pinet is considered the ‘Muscadet’ of the south and is produced just metres away from the oyster beds of the Bassin de Thau. This delicious Picpoul has classic aromas of white flowers and stone fruit. The palate is crisp, refreshing and full of flavour with pear, lemon and pineapple fruits mingled with floral notes. Just the thing with fresh seafood or as an aperitif.
