2020 Pablo Fallabrino – Vinedo de los Vientos ‘Notos’

90% Nebbiolo, 10% Tannat

This is a wine produced in tiny quantity’s.  It comes from a 17ha vineyard, located next to the coast, where the River Plate estuary meets the Atlantic Ocean. Soils are formed of calcareous white and brown clays. Aged in French oak barrels for 6 months. Unfined.

Medium bodied and a translucent cherry red in colour, the aromatics are true to varietal with some floral, dried rose petals nuances, along with spice and lifted red berry fruits. Silky smooth palate with cherry fruit, cured meat and a hint of dried orange.
