A delicious concentrated and powerful Languedoc-Roussillon red with a nose of luscious salty black olives with fragrant dried violet drifting out of the glass. An indulgent discovery.

Domaine Coudoulet is run by brothers Jean-Yves and Pierre-André Ournac who are the sixth generation to take over the reigns. Over the last decade or so they have replanted their vineyards with parcels of Syrah, Chardonnay and Viognier.
