The Estate comprises vineyards of remarkable iron-rich clay soil, combined with south facing slopes, this location makes for perfect growing conditions.
This is a Bacchus dominant charmat method sparkling supported by Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. Incredibly aromatic, with notes of orchard fruit and wild flowers on the nose. A smooth, inviting palate, with a fine, delicate mousse. This Brut is a pleasure to drink.
