Straw yellow, with greenish reflections. Perlage is fine and delicate. Fresh aroma, with
notes of white flowers, acacia. On the palate it is dry with a rich flavour and persistent tingling small bubbles. Great as an aperitif with seafood, sushi and salads. 80% Chenin 20% Chardonnay.
