Our wines are a true expression of the region made from our own grapes grown on the property, wild-fermented and made gently with a hands-off, minimal intervention approach in our estate winery.
This is a masterful blend of 58% Cabernet Sauvignon, 33% Merlot, 5% Petit Verdot and 4% Malbec grapes. It is a vibrant crimson coloured wine with deep cherry red hues. The scintillating bouquet of this aromatic wine exudes fragrances of mulberry and dark chocolate, with savoury leafiness. The medium-bodied palate shows flavours of ripe blackberry, blackcurrant and mulberry, along with minerality and fresh acidity. Enhanced by fine and silky tannins, the wine finishes dry, long and fleshy.
