A cut above the standard fayre from a great vintage. Minerally and fruity, this is a crisp and appealing Burgundy with detailed signature flavours of lemon, hazelnut and honey. Intensely long satisfying finish.
Vinification Method: Grapes are hand harvest at their maximum ripeness in mid-September. Grapes are sorted and destemmed by hand then gently pressed. The juice is transferred to oak barrels immediately after pressing. Fermentation is on fine lees for 11 to 18 months. The wines are gravity fed at bottling where no pumps are used.
