An outstanding Bordeaux with delicious red berries on the nose and palate,  hints of spice and vanilla from the oak- all rounded off by smooth tannins and a savoury minerality. This is pretty irresistible now as it has benefited hugely from maturing for a few years. Proper Bordeaux for an almost unbelievably good price. Grape varieties: 55% Merlot, 45% Cabernet Sauvignon.
