Gala 3 is a spectacular white wine made from the best vineyards owned by Luigi Bosca. Its an unusual blend of 50% Viognier, 40% Chardonnay and 10% Riesling that stands out for its uplifted floral aromas, white peach and apricot fruit and delicate notes of vanilla.

Its the best white I have found to pair with spicy Asian foods- an amazing combination.
