Billaud-Simon Chablis 2019

Very pretty golden yellow in colour shaded with gentle pale green. The nose is irresistibly spellbinding. A pretty example of a typical Chablis with the fruitiness of peaches, bananas and citrus fruit. Clean and fresh with finesse and reserve. The taste is nicely poised between richness, freshness and elegance; it remains full and supple right through to the long finish.
